JAPAN : visa, immigration procedure, setting up business

Yoko went above and beyond my expectations, which were already high because a friend with exacting standards had introduced her to me. I worked for about twenty years as a Software Developer in Italy, and never moved from my Country. This year my job brought me twice in United States to show my software, and of course I tried to establish contacts with American people to transfer my little Company to United States.

But then, at the American Psychological Association Congress in Boston last summer, something strange happened, as usual in life something you could never and ever preview: researchers from Japan were suddenly very much interested to my work and proposed to me to transfer my activity (and life as well) to Japan. Pour des raisons familiales, j'ai dû précipitamment quitter le Japon alors que mon visa était en cours de renouvellement, le précedent ayant expiré, le suivant n'étant pas encore arrivé.

Not knowing where to begin in terms of changing my student visa into a work visa, I was really worried that I would miss a detail or fail to hand in all of the right information to immigration. As the expiration on my student visa loomed closer and closer, and the company I was working for failed to offer me sponsorship, my worry increased, but I was still unsure about what to do to begin the process. Shortly after that, I was introduced to Majima Sensei by a friend. Upon speaking with her, I immediately knew I wanted to use her services, and from that point on things went incredibly smoothly.

Not only does she have a deep knowledge of the system, and a great amount of experience, she also has a soothing, calm approach to handling all of the work that goes into getting a visa. It can be a stressful process, but I felt at ease knowing that if I had any questions or if anything came up, I could turn to Majima Sensei.

Premier contact par e-mail (gratuit) extrêmement clair et concis, deuxième contact direct, complet et très professionnel. I have just recieved the re newal of my Japanese visa. That was a big headache and a lot of stress off my mind thanks to the professional help of Miss Yoko Majima. I was faced with a rather unfortunate circumstance and had to return to Japan quickly, and secure a job. Ms. Majima contacted me through this website and helped me through the spouse visa process.

What I learned from this experience:

1) Always purchase a re-entry permit when you have a nice visa. (I had a 3-year Human Services Specialist visa and surrendered it when I returned to the States...bad move!) You never know when you might need to return to Japan.
